These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of myproduct.pro ("the Service"), operated by myproduct.pro ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

myproduct.pro is a software-as-a-service platform for product roadmapping and OKR management. We provide the Service on an "as is" basis and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created and managed by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@myproduct.pro if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts.
  • Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. New accounts may receive a free trial period. After the trial, you must subscribe to create or edit content.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change with reasonable notice.
  • You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service (roadmaps, OKR sets, objectives, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you and your organisation.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described here.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
